Terms

The units are available on either a Freehold or Leasehold basis on terms to be agreed.

VAT will be applicable on these transactions.

Each party to bear their own legal costs.

Terms

The initial lease term is 1-3 years excluded from the security of tenure provisions of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954. The tenant has the option to give one month’s notice to terminate the lease at any time during the term. Rent is payable monthly or quarterly in advance. One month’s rent is payable in advance prior to entry. There is a charge of £60 + VAT towards the landlord’s legal costs. Any further legal costs incurred will be recharged to the tenant. All costs, including rent, are subject to VAT.

The offices are available to purchase or lease on flexible and competitive terms. A service charge will be levied to cover the maintenance of communal areas. Contact the agents for further details.

Each party will be responsible for the payment of their own legal costs incurred in any transaction.
